Effective team building begins with understanding the team players. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)‚ Assessment, a widely used assessment tool, will help you achieve this.

After a half-day investment in the MBTI Assessment (including a debriefing), people on your team will be able to:

  • Understand, appreciate, and interpret team members’ behaviors and strengths
  • Address common causes of friction and stress
  • Work toward conflict resolution among team members
