Experience: I’ve been in the training and development field since 1988. I’ve facilitated a wide variety of topics, ranging from Customer Service to Leadership Development. You can find a long list of credentials on the qualifications page.

My goal: Like most consultants, my goal is to help leaders increase productivity and effectiveness, and to improve morale. Great terms, but what do those terms mean in daily work life? Read on.

Testimonials: According to one leader, I assisted with setting expectations, motivational issues, teambuilding, change and conflict management, and strategic planning. His management team received the highest employment satisfaction scores in the department after I partnered with them. That translated into improved attendance and higher productivity.

According to another leader, after working with me, managers in his department began to feel they could become great leaders despite many obstacles in the environment. His view is that together we challenged the status quo, developed a new vision for his department, and became models for the whole company.

Professional Involvement: I challenge the people I work with to continue to learn and grow. That means, I have to do that, too, if I want to walk my talk. So I belong to and frequently attend the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Toastmasters, and National Speakers Association (NSA). I also belong to the Arizona Organizational Development Network (AzODN), and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, I attend at least two professional seminars a year.

Personal Philosophy: I expect excellence from myself and the people I work with. Integrity, Results, Loyalty, and Fun are four of my highest values. I operate from the belief that most people have good intentions. My opinions and conclusions are mine – I encourage the class or individual to arrive at their own conclusions.
